Govan is a farming community located in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan (104 kilometers / 65 miles North-west of Regina). We have a population of approximately 315 people, made up of many cultures. Our town has a rich and fascinating history which we invite you to read up on.
Govan is becoming very well known for its hunting and fishing prospects. We host fishing throughout the seasons and hunting in the fall ample with a variety of game, mainly geese, ducks and deer.
News: The town of Govan is registered with member direct, and you can now make your tax and utility payments on-line using a 9-digit account number (add 0s to the front of your number to make 9-digits). RM ratepayers will be able to do the same soon. At this time the on-line payment feature is still underway.
